  • Do I need to register to place an order?

    You will need to register to place an order with us. However, we'll then have your shipping details saved for your next order. By registering with us, you'll also be able to select to receive exclusive offers and information via email.
  • Can I cancel or change my order once placed?

    Once you've placed your order, we're unable to cancel or amend it for you... annoying, we know. If you need to change the shipping address, FedEx will pop you over a text message with a delivery date and time slot. You'll then be able to use the link provided to reschedule or change the address.
  • Can I add a gift note to my order?

    Yep! You'll see an option at the checkout. Gift notes will be printed on a sheet of A4 paper.
  • Can you supply beers for our wedding?

    Congratulations from all of us here at Beavertown! We'd be delighted to supply you with fresh beers for your special day. Take a look at our Wedding & Events page. Anything else? Pop us over a message on: webshop@beavertownbrewery.co.uk
  • Can I order barware and glassware for my pub?

    We're unable to supply pubs glassware and point of sale material directly. Please contact your Beavertown sales rep to arrange glassware or POS items.
  • How do I return my order?

    Returning an order? No problem. Please follow the instructions on our Returns page. Once you return the item(s) (and they've passed the relevant Quality checks) we'll pop you over a refund. That'll take 5-10 working days to reach you.
  • Can I exchange my order?

    So sorry, we're unable to offer exchanges. Instead, we'd recommend you purchase the new item(s) separately, and then return the products you wish to exchange using the Returns page. Once we've received them back at Beavertown HQ (and they've passed the relevant Quality checks) we'll pop you ove
  • What if my cans are damaged?

    Due to the nature of shipping our fresh canned beers, there can be times where the cans have sustained some bumps and bruises while in transit. A small amount of denting to the cans is considered normal to happen in transit.
