  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver across mainland UK, straight to your doorstep. We're unable to ship outside the UK right now, plus Northern Ireland. For more info on delivery options and timings, head to our Delivery page: https://beavertownbrewery.co.uk/pages/delivery
  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Due to the new UK Export regulations, our couriers are unable to deliver any alcoholic goods to EU countries.
  • What are my delivery options?

    We offer two delivery options: UK Standard delivery (£4.95) which normally arrives within 3-5 working days, and Next Working Day (£8), which is valid on Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. To get your order on the next available working day, we have a deadline of 2pm.
  • When will my order arrive?

    Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days. If you ordered Next Working Day delivery before our 2pm cut-off, it’ll be dispatched the same day. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.
  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the shipping confirmation, including the tracking details so that you can track your order straight to your front door! FedEx will then send you delivery updates via text message.
  • Will I need to show I.D. for my delivery?

    Yes, for legal reasons our delivery drivers must be shown valid identification to confirm proof of age - even if your order doesn't contain any beer.
  • Can you leave my order in a safe place?

    Due to the nature of the products we offer, FedEx do require their drivers to ask for age ID. This is why we're unable to leave the beers in a safe place. So sorry for the trouble.
  • Can I get free shipping if I buy in bulk?

    For bulk orders, we deliver your beer on pallets so this will include a delivery cost depending on your postcode area. Checkout with a bulk product as normal, enter your postcode, and shipping will be calculated. Delivery costs will vary between £30 and £200 depending on the amount of beers ordered
  • The cans in my order have been damaged in transit, what can I do?

    Due to the nature of shipping our fresh canned beers, there can be times where the cans have sustained some bumps and bruises while in transit. A small amount of denting to the cans is considered normal to happen in transit,.
  • What happens if I haven’t received my order?

    Please allow 3-5 working days for Standard Delivery within the UK. We will send you shipping confirmation which will also contain tracking details for your order. If you are still having trouble with your order, please feel free to contact webshop@beavertownbrewery.co.uk.
  • Help! I am missing part of my order.

    On larger orders, we may send out your order in multiple shipments. Checking your tracking link will show how many boxes were used to fulfil your order. If you have more than one shipment, please allow for 1-2 working days when waiting for the all shipments of your order to arrive.
  • Help! My order's going to the wrong shipping address, can I please change it?

    Unfortunately, once an order has been beamed to the Beavertown mothership, we’re unable to amend the delivery information from our side…which is annoying. BUT you can use the FedEx tracking link to suggest an alternate address, if that helps?
